I happened across your blog as I was looking for pictures online of "kolucheh." It seems you have one photograph of a man making Kolucheh, but his sweets are too far away for me to see them clearly! I am Iranian-American--my father is Iranian--and he can't tell me how to make these sweets! I have a recipe, but what it doesn't explain in my recipe is how to seal them/how they should look! Do you have any ideas of this or photographs of the pastries up close? Or do you know of any place I could see such images online? Thank you so much for your help!
